• ​A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking.

• Appointment confirmation will be sent via email or text message, confirming the date and time you selected.

• Rescheduling is allowed at no charge when notice is given 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the appointment must be rescheduled, and 50% of the booked service will be charged.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Deposits for Sisterloc and Microloc installations are non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid in cash prior to the appointment.

• No extra guests are allowed, without exception.
